Delivery Policy:

1.For shipments to mainland China, Hong Kong, Guangdong, and Taiwan, delivery takes approximately 1-3 business days after shipment, but may be delayed during promotional periods. Delivery methods include convenience store pickup, freight courier, mail, in-store pickup, and smart locker pickup; shipping costs may vary depending on weight, volume, and delivery location.
2.International (cross-border) shipping is handled by partner logistics providers (such as DHL/FedEx/EMS). The final delivery method is selected by the customer at checkout, generally taking 7-14 business days, depending on the destination. Business days do not include weekends and public holidays. Actual delivery time may be delayed due to weather, customs clearance, flight schedules, etc.
3.Delivery fees will be automatically calculated on the checkout page. Free delivery is available for orders exceeding a certain amount (e.g., USD$100 or more) (if applicable).
4.We will process and ship your order within 1–2 business days after receiving your order and confirming payment. During holidays and promotional events, the processing time may be slightly longer.
5.Customs Clearance and Duties (International Orders) Cross-border orders may incur customs duties/taxes/handling fees, which are borne by the customer. Our store is not responsible for any customs clearance delays or additional costs.
6.Customers must provide a correct and complete delivery address. If delivery fails due to incorrect information or the recipient being unreachable, a resend fee may apply.
7.After the order is shipped, the system will automatically issue a tracking number, and customers can check the status of their packages on the logistics website.
8.If the received goods are damaged, missing parts, or lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours and provide: order number/product photos/packaging photos. We will assist in processing a replacement or refund as soon as possible (depending on the specific circumstances).
9.Delivery services may not be available in some remote areas. In such cases, we will contact the customer and arrange a refund.

6.請顧客務必提供正確、完整的送貨地址。若因資料錯誤或收件人無法聯絡導致配送失敗,可能需支付重新寄送費用。
7.訂單出貨後,系統會自動發出 運單追蹤編號,顧客可於物流網站查詢包裹狀態。
8.如果收到的商品有損壞、缺件或物流遺失,請於 48 小時內聯絡我們,並提供:訂單號碼/產品照片/包裝照片。我們會盡快協助處理更換或退款(視具體情況而定)。
9.部分偏遠地區可能不提供配送服務,如遇此情況我 們會主動聯絡顧客並安排退款。
